2+ years of hands-on experience. Strong knowledge of MSFT's Server/AD/Azure/Entra/O365/GPOs. Currently a hybrid AD environment. Configure, deploy and maintain servers (MSFT & Linux), network devices and other critical infrastructure. Maintain virtual environments using VMware, Proxmox or similar. Scripting/automation w/ Powershell or similar. Perform routine Client/Server maintenance such as OS/3rd party updates, endpoint health monitoring and change/config management. Expert at troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Responsible for documentation in our wiki and creating SOPs. Ability to prioritize, organize, and work both independently and with a team.
