As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, supporting production operations and enforcing IT Standard.
What you'll be doing Manage and maintain servers, workstations, laptops and network devices. Manage user accounts, groups, and permission in active directory. Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect sensitive information. Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues. Perform remote hand tasks, including asset installation, uninstallation, and patch cabling Document IT processes and procedures IT Asset management and inventory
What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop, laptop and software application support Understanding of network infrastructure, cabling standards, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written for sharing ideas with other departments and the customer Ability to work effectively under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environment and tight schedules Must be action/results oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, detail oriented and organized with the ability to quickly learn processes, procedures and software necessary to manage projects Experience with remote hand support and data center operations is a plus. Must be willing to work on swing shift (e.g. 2pm-11pm) Completion of at least two years of college or associate degree in a relevant field. A computer science background is preferred but not required. Technical Certification, such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+ or other IT related certification is a plus.
