The Imperial Condominium is looking for an energetic and friendly individual to join our team as a part time Front Desk Receptionist! The person that fills this position will be expected to provide secretarial and administrative assistance to The Imperial residents, guests and management. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents so customer service and organizational skills are required. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner while creating an organized and inviting office space. Keep the office fully stocked of all supplies Sort and distribute incoming mail, newspapers, voicemails, and daily needs of residents Act as the point of contact for all Contractors in order to monitor deliveries and accessibility to the building. Additional job-related projects as assigned by the Board of Directors
