This Senior Product Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide capabilities from conception to launch, driving adoption of new and improved data driven products. The role will engage directly with the business users and stakeholders across Boeing and will be accountable for driving data, digital thread and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications ensuring consistent product design and delivery across the various environments.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for defining data, digital thread and analytics product strategy for program management and finance, identifying and prioritizing business needs, de-risking product development, monitoring product performance, and mentoring product development teams.
We are looking for leader with strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, tell a compelling story, strong leadership skills, ability to work with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders, a passion for challenging the status quo, finding new solutions, and driving innovative ideas.

Position Responsibilities:
Understand current state of finance and program management at Boeing, identify opportunities for solving complex problems through data, digital thread and AI Develop product roadmaps with a clear tie to end results Establish a result-oriented, strong execution team and operating rhythm for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) of products Establish maturity measurement across the product development life cycle for clarity in progress and business value delivered Develop end to end knowledge base across the product lifecycle to build an impactful story beyond project execution for stakeholders at both working and leadership levels Mentor, develop, and evaluate product development teams within the product portfolio Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in product management related to integrated business processes including finance and program management 10+ years of experience building and deploying data, digital thread and analytics capabilities with realized, measurable business impact Ability to travel 10 %
across Boeing Sites Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher Experience explaining the full story of digital product development and its impact to the business Experience navigating through ambiguities and building a highly effective, strong execution team for the overall product success Experience with Agile implementation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Experience working with the Software Development lifecycle (including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test, Sustainment), and test-driven development (TDD) Experience working with a geographically and culturally diverse team Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrating solutions across functional domains Drug Free Workplace:
