Responsibilities:

As a vital part of the Finance Shared Services organization, the Data Quality Analyst position sits in the Data Quality (DQ) team. DQ oversees the integrity of the Installed Base and Service Contract detail within Oracle, which tracks all products and contracts the company sells. DQ responsibilities also include the creation and maintenance of Customer and Vendor Master Data in Oracle and NetSuite. These activities require developing a strong rapport with other organizations throughout the Supply Chain including Sales, Order Operations, IT, Product Management, Customer Care, Engineering, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receviable, and others.

Examples of the functions the Data Quality Analyst will perform: Create and support new and existing Vendors in Oracle and NetSuite Create and support new and existing Customers in Oracle Manage the integrity of Installed Base and Service Contract databases within Oracle, including some required manual updates Collaborate with business partners to define requirements for customer installed base/contract updates ensuring compliance with the operational models and internal policies Partner with Product Management to manage product life cycle activity Validate eligibility for license/product upgrade programs and complete unlock/transfers as required Research and resolve product database inquiries from internal and external customers Perform a variety of ad hoc root cause analysis activities including special projects and reports Analyze operational processes for efficiency, improvement, scalability, and transition while coordinating with IT for system solutioning Develop relationships across the organization, influence other teams and design collaborations to drive operational excellence Design and perform regression testing for Oracle Installed Base IT updates Participate in internal controls and annual audit with the external audit firms Support the Finance organization to meet business requirements as needed including performing activities outside of Data Quality Location: Allen, TX or Westford, MA

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree: Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred 3 years of related experience in the technology industry preferred Large ERP experience, Oracle preferred Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and strong interpersonal skills Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines Team player, able to step in and help other members of the team when needed An inquisitive nature, someone who wants to explore variances and understand the root cause A self-starter who works effectively in a complex, changing environment and can adapt to change while focusing on key goals and objectives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues Flexible, organized, and able to manage competing priorities Working at NETSCOUT
