Title: Senior User Experience Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Constitution Ave. NW & 20th St NW, Washington, DC 20240, USA
Job Description: Qualification:
At least ten years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category Planning, executing and analyzing user research to understand users' needs and behaviors. Applying expertise in the process of system design that improves the user experience, including learnability, ease of use, predictability, consistency, and interactive feedback. Designing the research process for and/or participates in developing information architecture (IA) for systems. Incorporating accessibility fundamentals into research and design activities. In-depth understanding of requirements analysis principles and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Present solutions, ideas, and recommendations that prioritize user needs. Develop research plans, conduct user research (surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.) to identify user needs, analyze results and develop recommendations for a product team. Oversee the creation of and/or create designs that align with user needs - prepare mockups, prototypes, wireframes and interactive prototypes. Oversee and/or contribute to the development of an applications or processes design. Oversee and/or conduct usability testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordance with user needs.
