Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Role Responsibilities:
De-customize ServiceNow catalog items to ensure alignment with Out Of The Box (OOTB) standards. Utilize
Catalog Builder
to create and manage service catalog items. Design and implement workflows using
Flow Designer
. Develop and maintain decision tables to support automated decision-making processes. Work with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and APIs. Provide architectural solutions and design for various ServiceNow projects. Perform data migration and transformation within ServiceNow. Conduct thorough testing and validation of catalog items and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and design principles. Proficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and API integrations. Knowledge of data migration and transformation processes within ServiceNow.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred.
