About the Position

Dexis is currently seeking a Force Development LIN Manager and Analytics for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-8 in support of the Director of Material. The purpose of this effort is to provide the DCS G-8, Force Development Directorates with dedicated analytic subject matter expertise and programmatic support in force development processes, analysis, integration, information and tactical data systems, force modernization, and the equipment fielding process needed to support the Army's mission.

The Force Development LIN Manager and Analyst will support the Equipping Plans and Operations division. They will draft timely information papers, decision papers, weekly Director's notes, executive summaries, briefing for Senior Army leadership, coordinate documentation with other staff elements, Army Command, Army Service Component Command, Direct Reporting Unit, other services and DOD staff, develop professional briefing packages and draft responses to taskers. They will develop training briefings/materials in support of semi-annual AO Training Course and other briefing requirements. The Force Development LIN Manager and Analyst will maintain LIN information and processes for monthly updates. They will provide analytics and reports using appropriate tools and develop and maintain supporting written business processes and flow charts for Procurement Unit Cost (PUC) Management.

This position is based in the NCR at a client location. The position is subject to client approval and contract award. Responsibilities

Draft information papers, decision papers, Director's notes, executive summaries. Draft briefings for Senior Army leadership. Coordinate documentation with Army staff elements. Develop professional briefing packages Draft responses to taskers Develop training briefing materials for the AO Training Course Maintain LIN information and processes of: 1) PUC; 2) Modernization Level; 3) AAO/APO; and 4) HQDA LIN Management (LIN validation and archival IAW AR/DA Pam 71-32). Support government requests for analytics and reports using approved tools (MS Products, Tableau and QLIK). Develop, maintain and staff (through final approval at the COL/GS15 level) supporting written business processes/flow charts to support the following:

Product Unit Cost Management Modernization Level Adjudicator AAO/APO (Army Acquisition Objective) HQDA LIN Management

Other duties as assigned Qualifications Possess a bachelor's degree(s) in: operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering (Systems or Industrial), and/or computer science. At least 8 years relevant experience inclusive of drafting analytical products, briefings, and business processes. Demonstrated experience in using the tools of operations research, specifically the application of systems analysis, simulation & optimization, probability and statistics, data and mathematical analysis during a project. Ability to collect and organize information from a variety of sources, such as computer databases, sales histories, and customer feedback. Experience with knowledge management. Active Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Successful completion of the below schools, courses, and/or degrees:

Army War College. Army Command and Staff College/ILE. ORSA MAC. Acquisition Training. Master's Degrees in Analysis, Systems or Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics or other related disciplines.

Former military service, preference service with the Army.
