• Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment including microphones, projectors, video conferencing systems, speakers, and smart boards.• Support live meetings, webinars, and events with AV setup and real-time troubleshooting.• Provide technical support to end users for AV-related issues in conference rooms and training sessions.• Manage AV room scheduling and ensure all equipment is ready and functioning prior to events.
