We areseeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead and drive the success of theEarly Talent (Intern and Rotational programs) within our Operations and SupplyChain organization. In partnership with the Early Talent COE, this positionwill lead the end-to-end execution of the Early talent hiring strategy. Theideal candidate will have a passion for talent development, a generalunderstanding of operations and supply chain functions, and the ability tocreate a nurturing learning environment. The position will report to the VPProcess Excellence while also operating under the direction and guidance of therotational program sponsors to meet program objectives.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with Early Talent COE to drive a sustainable and scalable early career talent development program, designed at attracting world class talent. Define a best-in-class operations and supply chain rotational program strategy, structure, and success measurements. Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, escalating as appropriate. Lead executive rotational steering committee, collaborating across business executives to continuously improve program outcomes and participant experiences. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for LDP's, providing visibility to key milestones, and performance of programs using this data to drive/influence business decisions. Own and deliver program communication and accelerates progress by driving crisp and timely decisions. Applies process improvement methodologies to execute existing programs and collaborates with the LDP Sr. Manager in establishing new programs to support leader development across the RME global organization. Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns and rotational participants, ensuring a smooth transition into the program. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to program participants, fostering their growth and development. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations leaders to identify project placements and assignments that align with the participants' career goals and the organization's needs. Monitor and assess program effectiveness through regular feedback and evaluation, implementing improvements as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing their needs, concerns, and providing ongoing support. In partnership with the Early Talent COE, establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external partners to enhance program visibility and recruitment efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development to ensure the programs remain competitive and innovative. Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in talent development, internship management, or a related role within a manufacturing organization. Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Operations concepts, technologies, and trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate program participants, as well as executive leadership Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans. A passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of learning and growth. Flexibility to adapt to evolving program needs and requirements. Experience with program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives. Willing to travel up to 10%

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
