Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst: (1) Creating themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria according to Agency standards. (2) Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories/epics/acceptance criteria in Jira. (3) Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. (4) Support development and implementation of various initiatives.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst: 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years' experience following Agile methodology Professional experience working for a State of Texas agency
