12 Months (Possible Extension) Position Summary: We are seeking
two experienced Scrum Masters
with a minimum of
10 years of overall professional experience , including
at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role , to support a portfolio of operational and project teams. The ideal candidate will apply Agile principles, facilitate team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This position requires hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies, removal of blockers, and continuous collaboration with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize deliverables Track and report on KPIs and team performance metrics Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience Minimum 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical application Experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teams General knowledge of programming and database querying Familiarity with Agile project management tools Experience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall) Preferred Qualifications:
Agile certification such as
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
or
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Experience working on
ERP projects Previous exposure to
government or public sector projects

Bachelor's Degree
