Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Yaphank, NY 11980 Duration: 12 12-month contract Position

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat, etc.). Resolve complaints and issues efficiently. Provide product/service information and support. Process requests and maintain customer records. Escalate complex issues as needed. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications:

High school diploma/equivalent Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency. Customer-focused attitude.
