We are on the lookout for an exceptionally skilled Senior Lead Software Developer to become a key member of our expanding team. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions within a cloud-native ecosystem. Your extensive proficiency in Python will play an essential role in creating backend systems, APIs, and microservices that drive our primary products. Main Responsibilities Design and implement complex software systems using Python, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and reliable in a cloud-based setting. Architect and develop robust APIs, microservices, and data pipelines to enhance various applications and services. Work collaboratively with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver inventive solutions. Champion technical excellence by promoting clean code practices, test-driven development, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural principles. Identify and implement performance optimization and cost efficiency opportunities within our cloud infrastructure. Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in cloud computing, Python, DevOps, and AI. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to maintain the stability and availability of production systems. What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience. Deep expertise in Python is a must, with a proven history of developing and deploying production-grade applications. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential, including knowledge of services like serverless computing, containerization, and databases. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and secure coding principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex technical issues and providing effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts and frameworks. Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures. Experience with agile development methodologies. Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is based on current national data and may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. The ranges are as follows: $103,711 - $138,281 in various states. $108,896 - $145,195 in select states. $114,082 - $152,109 in higher-cost states. Benefits
