Summary: The Triage & Enrollment Coordinator is a member of the Medicare Sales Team and responsible for successfully triaging calls enrolling prospects and members over the phone into new plans. The Triage & Enrollment Coordinator is an extended team member of the sales team and works on a regular basis with assigned sales teams and possibly producers. This position reports into the sales organization. Main responsibilities include sales support for telephonic enrollments in a call center environment entering accurate and timely date into systems.
Responsibilities:
The Triage & Enrollment Coordinator is principally in the office and will require to work during our extended hours of operation including weekends. This position is a great opportunity for someone to develop skills and knowledge in serving as a support role for Inside Sales. Answers and responds to incoming calls from prospective members Identifies potential sales calls and filters out other non-sales calls to their corresponding areas Makes outbound calls to soft quality sales leads or follow up on missing information Coordinates admin requests from the team Responsible for entering accurate and timely data into the respective systems Provides administrative support as required Completes telephonic applications following an approved script Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses Capable of effectively navigating through multiple applications/system to efficiently locate and complete processing tasks
Required Skills:
Strong Computer Knowledge Excellent Verbal communication Ability to work independently and multi-task Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently
Preferred Skills (nice to have):
Call Center experience Customer Service experience Sales support or experience in health care

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$21.20 - $23.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
