Acara Solutions is seeking experienced

Shift Supervisors

to join our partners high-volume, 24/7 advanced manufacturing facility out in Tolleson, AZ . You'll play a critical role in providing strong on-the-floor leadership and ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Here is what you will get:

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $55-$58/hr

Shifts Available:

A shift: Sunday-Tuesday (every other Wednesday) 5:45am-6pm

B shift: Sunday-Tuesday (every other Wednesday) 5:45pm-6am

C shift: Thursday-Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 5:45am - 6pm

D shift: Thursday-Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 5:45pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Receives work assignments with general instructions. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, and checking work at frequent intervals. Encompasses the direction and inspection of the performance of individuals who assemble components in an industrial environment. Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 advanced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess and respond to machine issues and operator needs.
