Implement SOA design principles, BPEL orchestration, and reusable service components for maximum efficiency. Optimize system performance through distributed deployments, thread management, and memory tuning. Partner with database teams to deliver high-quality Oracle PL/SQL solutions. Drive all phases of development-from concept and prototyping to testing, deployment, and performance monitoring. Who You'll Work With

Proven success building large-scale, enterprise Java/J2EE applications. Strong hands-on experience with SOA architecture, integration patterns, and service governance. Deep technical knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, XML technologies, and Oracle databases. Expertise with application servers like WebLogic, Tomcat, or WebSphere. Familiarity with Agile development, Git/Ant/Maven build processes, and Unix/Linux scripting. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
