Position Summary: We are seeking a creative, self-starting Marketing & Video Specialist to lead content creation and strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and our website. You will work closely with a videographer and have part-time administrative support, but the overall marketing vision and execution will be your responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, IG, FB) Create compelling hooks, captions, and thumbnails to boost engagement Optimize YouTube content with strong SEO (titles, tags, descriptions) Design attention-grabbing thumbnails and first-3-seconds intros Manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Develop a long-term strategy aligning SEO, social, and video content Collaborate with the team to ensure content leads to real lead generation Support email and funnel follow-up campaigns (bonus) Qualifications: Strong video editing and storytelling skills Proficiency in social platforms: YouTube, IG, FB (TikTok is a plus) Solid understanding of YouTube SEO best practices Copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and CTAs Good design sense, especially for thumbnails and reels Experience with Meta Ads Manager or willingness to learn quickly Strategic thinking and ability to work independently Calm under pressure, driven, and adaptable Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools Funnel-building or lead nurturing experience Website/blog SEO knowledge What We Offer: Creative control and leadership of your department Collaborative team with video support and administrative help A role where your work directly impacts growth No corporate politics just real results in a real business To Apply: Send your resume along with samples of your work (reels, thumbnails, social campaigns, etc.).
