This role will involve supporting ad-hoc data requests, developing analytics tools, and working with various business partners to identify fraud trends and improve efficiency across functional areas. Responsibilities: Communicates Effectively - Derive meaning from data analytics and present in concise format. Data Analytics - Support Corporate Security Investigations with ad-hoc data support and analysis required across functional areas such as Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and IT and provide solutions to drive efficiency and improved results. Develops Talent - Assist with the development and delivery of data analytics training for the department, including entry-level analysts. Reporting - Develop and maintain data mining and reporting capabilities to support the department, including capturing and developing queries and reports that can be used across Corporate Security. Qualifications: Required: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Experience with the following tools and technologies required: Tableau / Tableau Server, SQL, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Access and Excel Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 4 years of work experience No previous leadership experience Preferred: Expert experience with writing complex SQL queries Experience with data visualization using Tableau Experience with data visualization and developing dashboards Working knowledge of analytical/statistics software (eg, SPSS, SAS, R, Stata) Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 4 years of work experience No previous leadership experience Company: The Home Depot is a retailer of hardware, consumer goods, and DIY supplies both online and offline while providing home delivery services.
