Your role in our mission
Perform standard, recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assigned work processes. Develop understanding of the client's business and apply knowledge to support efficient procedures and adherence to service level agreements. Contribute to problem identification and resolution. Interpret, audit, and reconcile reports for accuracy or completeness. Prepare and maintain standard reports for management and clients. Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines. Adhere to existing security policies and procedures. What we're looking for
Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret and evaluate information effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This helps evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. What you should expect in this role
Work Environment : This is an onsite position in Rochester Hills, MI. No remote or hybrid options are available. Schedule : Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm EST.
