Trinity Health 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants POSITION PURPOSE Leads a team of client technologies analyst(s) and technician(s) by making work assignments, monitoring work queues, and coordinating activities among TIS teams. Directs projects in areas of responsibilities. Provides analytical and technical expertise in the planning, design, and installation of desktop systems. Offers senior support for desktop and network hardware and software. Acts as an expert resource on product evaluation, deployment, and use. Leads a team by assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing work, and coordinating efforts among IS teams. Performs quality assurance on team work. Effectively manages projects within responsibilities. Provides expertise in planning, designing, and installing desktop systems. Supports all desktop and network hardware/software; serves as an information source for product evaluation and deployment. Utilizes advanced support tools and research to resolve complex hardware/software issues. Provides proactive troubleshooting and analysis. Supports customer projects, evaluates and deploys new technologies, and may lead system design projects. Develops integration, migration, and contingency plans considering technology interactions. Assists in strategic planning, budgeting, documentation, and process improvements. Consults on end-user computing and LAN systems software. Documents solutions, troubleshooting techniques, and develops user guidelines. Recommends improvements. Mentors team members. Participates in on-call support as scheduled. Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience with complex applications, hardware, and troubleshooting. Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCDST, MSP; MSCE preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft OS and applications support. HP Desktop and Laptop Certification or equivalent experience. Experience with networking (LAN/WAN) and PC imaging. Experience with HP/Lexmark printers. Leadership and mentoring experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and operate collaboratively. Personal qualities of honesty, integrity, and motivation aligned with Trinity Health values. Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to organize work priorities and adapt to change. Ability to analyze technical and regulatory documents. Ability to write reports and manuals.
