Sr. Systems Architect
This architect-level role supports enterprise-wide Power Platform and data governance efforts during a global cloud transformation. The position functions as a strategic architect and technical lead responsible for secure platform design, global system architecture, and mentoring others. You'll work closely with teams supporting HSE systems, HRIS, and enterprise data infrastructure. Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $130K$160K Benefits: This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits program, including: Quarterly bonus, EOY bonus Strong health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 7+ years of IT experience, with 35 years in Power Platform and Data Governance Experience with global systems, HRIS (Workday preferred), and SQL Data governance and PII compliance expertise Leadership/mentorship experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Architect and govern enterprise Power Platform and data systems Lead secure data integration, especially with HRIS and global platforms Support and administer EHS applications including Cority and Greenstone Oversee system upgrades, configuration, reporting, and compliance Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage SQL queries, data lakes, and SharePoint structures Handle system-related issues, testing, and user support Drive change management and adoption across teams
