Maintenance & Facilities Technician (Full-Time) Location:

With rapid growth and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dependable and hardworking full-time Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support the daily operations, functionality, and cleanliness of our facility. Position Summary The Maintenance & Facilities Technician is a hands-on, physically demanding role responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the safety, efficiency, and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. This includes light building maintenance, cleaning, moving equipment and supplies, and driving a company vehicle for local errands and deliveries. Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience in a field directly applicable to this role
such as facilities, maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or similar. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform general building maintenance and light repair tasks (e.g., tightening hardware, assembling furniture, hanging fixtures)
Drive company vehicle for local pickup and delivery of parts, tools, and supplies
Assist in setting up or moving equipment, furniture, and materials around the facility
Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces
Empty trash bins, sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
Maintain and organize workspaces, storage rooms, and shared areas
Monitor and replenish maintenance and janitorial supply inventory
Identify and report issues related to facility condition, safety, or equipment function
Support the Facilities Manager with facility improvement projects or urgent tasks
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a field directly applicable to this role (facilities, maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or similar)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform sustained physical labor throughout the day
Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, janitorial, or warehouse work preferred
Comfortable using common tools and equipment for light repair or cleaning tasks
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to problem-solve and diagnose basic mechanical or structural issues
Ability to follow safety protocols and work with minimal supervision
Physical Demands and Work Environment This role involves frequent lifting, walking, standing, bending, and manual labor. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may include exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, loud environments, and fluctuating temperatures. Proper PPE and safety equipment will be provided.
