Business Analyst

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst for our client partner. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements related to manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations. Configure, customize, and support the Syteline 7 ERP system. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements. Lead or support ERP upgrade and implementation projects. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Syteline environment. Provide end-user training and support. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 35+ years of experience with Infor Syteline ERP (version 7 or higher). Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution business processes. Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and ERP reporting tools. Experience with Syteline customization. Technical Support with Syteline Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based Syteline (Cloud Suite Industrial).
