who is eager to learn, contribute, and get real-world experience inside a live production environment. This role is ideal for
recent graduates
or those with
12 years of hands-on experience at most whether that experience came from an internship, co-op, bootcamp, or your first job out of school. Youll work directly with our Senior Systems Lead to support and enhance the core features of our custom-built warehouse and logistics platform. This is a rare chance to be part of a tight-knit team where your growth is prioritized and your code directly impacts operations from day one. What Youll Do Help build and maintain tools and modules in our internal warehouse management system Work within a modern tech stack:
C#, Blazor, React, Tailwind CSS Contribute to critical business logic such as routing, bin handling, and pick-path optimization Write clean, testable, and maintainable code Use Git to manage code (branches, commits, pull requests) Participate in debugging sessions and collaborate on technical problem-solving Learn directly from a senior engineer through mentorship, code reviews, and project work Who Were Looking For A recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or someone with up to
2 years of real-world development experience Solid grasp of programming fundamentals and a strong desire to learn Exposure to
C# , Git, or modern front-end tools (Blazor, React, etc.) is a plusbut a willingness to learn is even more important A proactive communicator whos not afraid to ask questions and take initiative Interest in logistics, operations, or warehouse technology is a bonus Why Youll Love This Role Youll gain
