Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Responsible for key activities and initiatives that contribute to planning, creating, implementing, and leading the organizations IT vision and strategy. Job Responsibilities Manage IT team(s), providing leadership and guidance to individual contributors and supervisors. Oversee and execute tactical implementation of departmental strategies to achieve goals aligned with the IT strategy. Be accountable for the performance and results of the department team. Manage individual contributors and/or supervisors. Ensure the teams ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives. Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Make decisions and solve problems guided by policies, procedures, and department plans; seek guidance from senior leaders as needed. Apply understanding of the business and how your area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives. Review the teams performance in achieving service, quality, and timeliness objectives. Identify and solve technical and operational problems, understanding their broader impact. Manage related teams and adapt department plans to meet short-term service and operational goals. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience

Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience.
