You will lead the definition and evolution of platform capabilities and internal tools that support live game operations, ensuring seamless integration between game studios and our platform engineering teams. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of platform tools and services by studios. Understanding of software development and efficiency working closely with Engineers Drive documentation, support structures, and developer enablement strategies to ensure long-term sustainability and effectiveness of live services capabilities. Qualifications

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills you are comfortable balancing trade-offs across engineering, studios, and business teams. Self-starter with strong product sense who can define solutions and lead teams from concept through to adoption. Data-driven decision-making with the ability to synthesize user feedback and technical constraints into product roadmaps. Bonus Points
