Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (or until work is completed)
(Flexible schedule) however 4 10's are required
Requirements:
Kitchen Etiquette: Familiarity with proper kitchen safety protocols and language, such as:
Saying "Hot!" when carrying hot items.
Announcing "Behind!" or "Corner!" when moving through tight spaces.
Alerting others with "Knife!" when walking with a knife.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a production kitchen or catering/banquet establishment.
Main responsibilities should include prepping or cooking large batches of food (not serving).
Recipe and Measurement Skills:
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
Comfortable using scales to measure ingredients.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
Preparing large batches of sauces or baked goods.
Operating large kitchen equipment such as combi ovens, tilt skillets, and stand mixers.
Cooking for populations with dietary restrictions.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Chicken: 165F
Ground Beef: 160F
Fish: 145F (These should be known by memory).
1st day will be orientation and training
