Job Description: Technical Product Manager (Scrum Master)

highly experienced Technical Product Manager
to support a top-tier financial services client in Austin, TX. This is a critical role for someone who can lead complex, technical projects in a fast-paced Agile environment. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and executive teams to manage project lifecycles from planning to successful execution. The ideal candidate combines a
strong technical background
with
exceptional project management skills
and excels at delivering software and infrastructure projects aligned with business priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical Product management, software delivery, or IT operations. Proven experience managing Agile software development teams (Scrum, Kanban). Strong grasp of SDLC, system architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project. Proficiency in risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong interest in building a career in Project and Product Management Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to learn and understand both domain and technical aspects Ability to provide project updates and answer stakeholder questions independently Desire to grow into Product Management Proactive and disciplined approach to work Core Responsibilities Define and document project scope, deliverables, and success metrics. Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent technical projects. Coordinate deployment, testing, and integration efforts with engineering and QA teams. Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage mitigations. Track key milestones, KPIs, and budget utilization. Communicate project updates and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and architectural best practices. Work with external vendors and partners to support technology implementations. Lead post-project evaluations and drive continuous improvement. Why This Role?
