Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Rheumatology

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in the Practice is responsible for providing individualized medical care under the direct supervision of a physician. Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing required. Prior clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Practical Nurse License required.
