Job Description: Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a CG television series. This role is integral to tracking work and schedules across departments, ensuring timely delivery while communicating effectively. This role will work closely with artists, supervisors, and producers to maintain a smooth workflow of CG pipelines and production processes. Responsibilities Coordinate any/all of the following meetings regarding handouts, reviews, pitches, screenings, dailies, other key meetings, and any additional Production specific requests. Break down scripts for tracking designs. Work with the other show Coordinators and/or Production Associate to maintain artwork and production files as per standard TVAprocedures. Update and manage production tracking databases, ensuring accurate assignments, due dates and approvals. Upholding file-naming conventions and organization standards. Maintain and distribute departmental schedules. Prepare and send complete packages of artwork, references, and files to Animation Partner Studio.Confirm receipt and follow up on any issues/questions that come back from the Animation Partner Studio. Partner with Artistic Leadership to ensure that the team has what they need to complete their weekly assignments.Flag any issues/problems to the PM and AP/LP as necessary. Ensure that all work is reviewed by our S&P and Legal department partners. That any required changes are addressed and that Exec creative notes are reviewed and implemented. Flag scheduling risks, delays, and bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions. Research and locate reference for the crew, as needed. Assist in the preparation of materials for the Vendor studio, Production Executives, and/or other Disney partners as requested. Attend and take clear and thorough notes during meetings and communicate notes to team members. Help with event planning and crew activities as needed. Perform all other applicable duties as assigned by TVA Leadership and perTVApolicies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in animation or similar production environment. Ability to oversee multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the CG animation pipeline and general knowledge of production phases. Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams under tight deadlines. Skills Microsoft Office knowledgeable use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams Final Draft Adobe Acrobat Pro Adobe Photoshop Proficiency with production tracking tools like Shotgrid or Ftrack The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $52,000.00 to $71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
