You'll work directly with our CTO, Lewis Zhang, to
prototype and launch our first wave of AI-powered use cases
for customers in the $700B home services industry.
You'll be hands-on across the stack - Python, React, TypeScript, GCP/AWS - turning ideas into shipped features in days, not months. This is an in-person, NYC-based, 6-days-a-week, all-in role during our high-growth phase.
We move fast. We expect you to do the same. Role Details Compensation:
$200K-$300K (top end for ≥4 YoE), plus
0.15%-0.3% equity Location:

Experience 3+ years in full-stack product engineering at fast-growing startups (AI/ML preferred) Founding or early engineering experience at a venture-backed startup Track record building & owning AI features end-to-end with customer impact Experience working directly with customers & shipping quickly Technical Skills
Strong with the latest GenAI stack & tooling (built at least 1 GenAI app in past 12 months) Expertise in dispatching algorithms, demand forecasting, and AI/ML-powered features Mindset & Soft Skills
Thinks & types fast Sharp problem solver with low ego Comfortable with long, intense work weeks (80-90 hrs during early growth) Not a hermit - but social skills are secondary to raw ability About Probook AI
