Job Description
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs Support project managers in subcontractor coordination, scope reviews, and contract administration Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to ensure smooth communication and execution Track project progress and assist in preparing reports for internal teams and clients Participate in project meetings, helping to ensure that all stakeholder expectations are met MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative, values-driven environment What's on Offer
