Staffmark is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimization of Salesforce and related business systems for a growing organization in El Cajon, CA. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce expert to lead systems strategy, streamline operations, and enhance collaboration across departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Pay: $40-$45/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary Salesforce admin, overseeing user management, workflows, reports, and system health Drive system improvements and lead Salesforce-related projects across business teams Collaborate with departments to streamline and improve Salesforce workflows Ensure data accuracy, manage integrations, and maintain security standards Provide user support, training, and documentation Promote platform best practices and contribute to long-term planning What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience Salesforce Admin certifications (Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud) Skilled in Flows, LWC, automation tools, and general system optimization Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills Able to thrive in Agile environments and handle multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office; other business software experience a plus Sedentary office work environment Must be able to sit for extended periods; occasional walking or standing
