Job description
Our Parts Department is busy and we're seeking a qualified Shipper and Receiver to join our team! If you're an individual with excellent organizational and time management skills who likes to be busy at work and takes pride in providing excellent service, we'd like to speak with you!
Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual. This is a M-F, in person position. Pay based on knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities:
Organizes and maintains the parts department in the most efficient layout. Assists in regularly scheduled parts returns. Assists in maintaining a special-order parts system and notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive. Assists manager in processing weekly stock orders, and places daily parts orders. Maintains proper logging and saves parts from each job for warranty and customer request purposes. Follows up on back-ordered parts and notifies all parties as to the status of back ordered parts. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers. Practices measures to deter departmental theft. Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License w/ acceptable driving record Prior parts experience is preferred Experience with CDK is preferred, but not required. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Excellent oral and written communication skills Be a dedicated, energetic, team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships What We Offer:
