We are seeking a

dynamic Stars Reporting and Data Analytics Specialist

to join our team and drive our

Star strategy

with a focus on

Part D Star measures . This pivotal role involves overseeing

Stars-related reporting

and

analytics , providing operational and analytical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and business segments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support our business goals. Oversee and prioritize

data analytics tasks

to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and analysis. Collaborate with various

business segments

to align Stars-related reporting with operational goals. Effectively

communicate with senior leadership and clients

to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Oversee issue resolution related to

Stars reporting , ensuring

data accuracy

and

integrity . Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret

data to identify trends ,

patterns , and

opportunities

that can drive improvements for the business and clients. Transform raw data

into easy-to-read and actionable data sets, which will be used across multiple

dashboards

and projects. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and

QA processes

for Stars reporting products. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to

enhance reporting processes

and tools, focusing on

automation

and improving efficiency. Implement

best practices for data management

and

reporting , ensuring continuous improvements in the quality and timeliness of reports. Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5+ years

of relevant work experience in

analytics ,

data science ,

statistics , or a related field. 2+ years

of experience in

Medicare ,

managed care ,

PBM , or

health plan

industries. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with

Excel

(formulas,

VLOOKUP ,

Pivot Tables , etc.). Proven knowledge of

Power BI ,

Tableau , or other

data visualization software . Deep understanding of

advanced analytics tools

and languages to analyze large data sets. Experience managing multiple projects

with changing priorities and minimal direction. Experience with

statistical models

and

predictive analytics . Preferred Qualifications:

Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a

client-facing role . Medicare Part D Experience: Experience working with the

Part D Medicare Star Rating Program . Innovative Mindset: Ability to bring an

innovative mindset

to enhance the Stars reporting product. Programming Skills: Basic understanding of

programming languages , such as

SQL .
