Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documents. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. Proven experience in office administration or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.
