LPN Job Details - Claremont, NH Assignment Type: Travel LPN job Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) Location: Claremont, NH 03743 Start Date: August 18, 2025 End Date: September 6, 2025 Contract Duration: 3 weeks Nursing Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 3 shifts/week including every other Sunday, weekdays, and some holidays Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1000-$1070 LPN Qualifications Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare setting Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred) LPN Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status; report changes to RN or physician Assist residents with daily living activities and offer support to families Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality clinical care Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation per facility policies Apply now to join our healthcare team in Claremont, NH and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
