THE ROLE: FloSports is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, initially reporting to the EVP of Business Intelligence. This role will be instrumental in supporting our experimentation reporting and insights as the highest priority, while also driving customer and in-field survey analytics, and subscription and advertising demand forecasting. The analyst will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Primary Research, Product Marketing, Product, and Strategic Finance to support the collection of customer and partner feedback, measure customer and business impact, and forecast demand for rights deals and their related sporting events. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable owning critical projects and ad hoc work streams end-to-end, and able to work with both structured and unstructured data. You're potentially a great fit if you enjoy problem solving, translating feedback into data-informed decisions, and driving insights across CSAT, experimentation, and business forecasting. RESPONSIBILITIES: Experimentation Support and QA Serve as lead for check-ins between BI, Product Marketing, and Product on A/B experimentation results and roadmap

Estimate sample size thresholds to assess test feasibility and expected impact

Build or QA dashboards and reports summarizing experiment results and forecasted business impact

Lead in the design and analysis of Bayesian and Frequentist-style experiments

Survey and CSAT Analytics Manage automated sampling and invitation workflows for CSAT and other key primary research studies via Qualtrics

Analyze collected survey results and verbatim feedback, surfacing themes, sentiment, and performance insights for customer segments across our sports portfolio

Automate integration of survey data with other data sources (social listening, app reviews, etc.) for Voice of the Customer dashboard / scorecard reporting

Demand Forecast Backlog Support Execute demand forecasting tasks for rights deals and related events

Gather input assumptions, build forecasts, track sign up pacing, and summarize forecast vs. actual results

Cross-Functional Insights & Reporting Own recurring and ad hoc deliverables related to Signups, Customer Experience, Forecasting workstreams, and general business insights

Maintain high standards for data QA, workflow documentation, and reproducibility

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 25 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or customer insights, ideally in a subscription-based or media environment

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

Familiarity with experimentation principles and A/B testing and results analysis

Experience with survey tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)

Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, or similar

Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable insights

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working with imperfect or messy data and applying critical judgment

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize across multiple projects and time-based deliverables

BONUS POINTS: Experience supporting CSAT, survey ops, and/or experimentation at a SaaS, DTC, or e-commerce company

Familiarity with forecasting logic, pacing analysis, and KPI reporting

Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Product, and/or Strategic Finance teams

Interest in or exposure to sports media, OTT platforms, or live event streaming
