Project Solutions Inc. is seeking personnel to provide a full range of civil engineering and management support services in support of Creech AFB operations. The selected team members will deliver electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural engineering expertise and associated management support, addressing project planning, programming, design oversight, construction management, renovation and demolition activities, and realty specialist services. The overall goal is to support programming decisions to achieve optimum resource efficiency and the lowest life-cycle cost. This role is contingent upon award of project. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform duties as the primary physical security manager for a facility with an accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and multiple Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and act as the Site Security Manager (SSM) for a military construction project. Act as SSM for all new and remodel SCIF/SAPF initiatives; be responsible for obtaining and maintaining accreditation with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) through the Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) on these SCIFs and with the relevant SAP Central Office (SAPCO) on these SAPFs. Coordinate construction-related access control and escorting requirements for active SCIF/SAPF spaces with end user security personnel (SSO/GSSO/PSO). Document results from each course of action task (data gathering, cost estimates, and implementation tasks). Perform Electromagnetic Shielded Enclosure Testing in accordance with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers number 299-2006 (IEEE 209-2006) standard Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of security experience specifically related to SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working on ICD-705 construction projects or as a Security Special Security Officer (SSO). Active/adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications. Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Strong computer and technology literacy to utilize PCs and mobile devices.
