Blu Omega is seeking a Business Process Specialist to join a federal client engagement focused on strategic IT initiatives, enterprise architecture, and business process optimization. This is a mission-critical role supporting IT capital planning, project analysis, and budget formulation for high-visibility programs.
Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes and IT requirements across projects. Support the development of IT Capital Planning and SDLC Management documentation. Assist in formulating IT budgets and performing financial analysis. Conduct program analysis aligned to strategic initiatives and deliver performance metrics using Earned Value Management (EVM). Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards. Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor Degree 3+ years of experience with: Business process analysis, technical writing, and reporting. Requirements gathering from stakeholders or user groups. Basic project management practices, including performance metrics. Specialized Experience (must meet at least one):
Financial Management:
3+ years tracking expenditures, budgeting, and financial analysis/reporting. Earned Value Management:
2+ years applying EVM for performance tracking and project management. Enterprise Architecture:
2+ years developing EA strategies, conducting technology impact assessments, or supporting EA implementations. Nice to Have:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Project
and
Microsoft Excel . Salary Range:
$60K - $65K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
