Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Suwanee GA
Duration: 6months
Shift: 8am - 5pm M-F
Position Summary:
The
PSR II
represents the face of the company to patients visiting for routine health services or critical diagnostic testing. This role involves skillfully drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality. The PSR II is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities: Perform
forensic and clinical specimen collection
and processing in accordance with established procedures. Accurately
verify and document
patient demographic information and obtain signature post-venipuncture to confirm specimen labeling. Create a
professional and trusting environment
through direct patient interaction. Maintain a
safe, clean, and professional workspace . Complete all required
records, logs, and documentation
accurately and on time. Act as a
brand ambassador
by promoting a positive image of the company to patients, clients, and the public. Follow and support all
policies and procedures , including safety protocols, dress code, and customer service standards. Must be able to make
sound decisions based on standard operating procedures . Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
(Required) Medical assistant or paramedic training
(Preferred) Phlebotomy certification
(Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA) Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to work in a
high-volume, fast-paced
setting Ability to
work independently
with minimal supervision Strong
time management
and
prioritization
skills Exceptional
customer service and communication
abilities Willingness to
embrace change
and promote continuous improvement Must be
flexible
