With over half a century of innovation and a growing global presence, we are looking for a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. What You'll Do: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products, events, and training programs Manage email marketing, digital advertising, and social media strategies to drive sales, lead generation, and customer retention Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to implement data-driven improvements Work closely with our sales team to support initiatives by developing targeted marketing collateral and messaging Oversee branding consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Activators industry leadership Coordinate marketing assets for trade shows, college clubs, website updates, and strategic partnerships Create engaging visual and written content for social media, podcasts, and promotional materials Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing strategies to keep Activator at the forefront of chiropractic innovation Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion performance
What You Bring:
Prior experience in marketing or content creation (minimum 5 years) preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or professional education Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email platforms, and social media management Strong content creation skills ability to write compelling social posts and promotional materials Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Procreate) for social media and promotional assets Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, social media campaigns) is a plus Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp) is a bonus Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to new ideas Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a new environment
