Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Quality Director at our Shawnee, KS location.
Key Accountabilities
Deliver consistent high-quality products to the customers. Ensure the site is functioning as a CDMO Execute the Quality System during day-to-day activities Maintain the quality standards for the products during product transfers Meets the Quality department’s Budget. Develop future leadership for the site Provide interface with Regulatory bodies. Maintain Site’s registration criteria with FDA, States and Local authorities Manage NCR process, OOS program, vendor OOS process and any other non-conformances within the site Continually look for ways to improve quality processes while maintaining compliance. Ensures regulatory compliance throughout the site. Ensures a safe working environment within the quality department and site
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in scientific field or engineering field. Other degrees considered based on experience. MS, MBA, or PhD preferred. 15 years in Quality Experience including management of people. Knowledge of FDA regulations Knowledge of cGMPs and industry standards Sterile production Knowledge required.
