Summary The Warehouse position will be responsible for receiving product and administering inventory accuracy. The Warehouse is also responsible for safely and effectively meeting shipping and receiving requirements. PURPOSE AND MISSION Production never runs out of what they need by unloading, picking and storing inventory with a 97% accuracy rate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Compare identifying information, count, weigh, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of material, kit lists, orders, or other records. Assemble wooden or cardboard containers or select preassembled containers and insert items into containers, nails or binds covers. Stamp identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers. Unload materials from trucks, dry vans, flat bed(s), rail cars, etc. Deliver products from warehouse to either production lines or loading area. Perform basic cycle count and spot check of warehouse inventory. Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service. Acknowledge of return policies to reduce scrap materials. Responsible for Framing and Finish pack shipping and loading function. Responsible for receiving, quality checking and verifying accuracy of all products and proper storage of material. Collaborate with production lines and managers. JOb EXPECTATIONS Cross functionally trained at 100% and all skills are learned with a 97% accuracy rate. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Forklift certified Ability to diagnose and correct errors in a timely manner Highly organized and detail oriented Strong communication skills Flexibility and dependability Promotes company values and leads by example in attitude, conduct, safety, quality, and motivation Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft suite Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus CAREER ADVANCEMENT Next Steps:

Approximately 18 months in Warehouse & Shipping Associate I role SEASONALITY Please understand that this position is seasonal, your working hours may vary based on current business demand.
