Team Member
Be a part of our rapidly expanding startup team by taking on the role of Team Member at GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC. This position will support the processing of vehicles for delivery and ensuring they are to standard before leaving the facility. Team Members will be trained to our Standard Operating Procedures in their assigned departments to provide a smooth flow of vehicles at VPC. We are in search of skilled individuals with excellent interpersonal abilities, a comprehensive grasp of equipment operating, and a dedication to enhancing the overall success of the organization.

Team Member Key Responsibilities :
Perform job assignments according to SOP and SWIS instructions. Read and interpret documents for location assignments of vehicles on site. Operate equipment and vehicles in a safe manner and follow all safety initiatives. Will be required to pass a parking test on sight. Some positions will be required to use scanners/PDA's/tablets. Alert Supervisor/Manager of quality concerns immediately. Follow all company safety requirements and wear assigned PPE. Be able to work assigned work schedule to support HMGMA requirements. Maintain your 5S standards in your work area. Effectively work as part of a team or independently as needed. Communicate effectively and professionally at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all countermeasures and changes in process as instructed. May assist with training other team members. Follow and process changes and communicate ideas for improvements. Notify your supervisor/manager of any quality concerns. This position is required to fill in where needed, including but not limited to all supporting positions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills Regular and predictable attendance Ability to complete an assigned task in a safe and timely manner Maintain and promote good housekeeping Basic computer skills
Qualifications for a Team Member :
HS Diploma/G.E.D preferred 1 year of indirect job experience preferred Quality control training experience preferred
Physical Demands for a Team Member: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift. Ability to Bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout shift. Able to work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.
Total Rewards The job is eligible to participate in GLOVIS EA's outstanding benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) Plan with $1/$1 matching up to plan provisions, as well as generous paid time off. The estimated base hourly rate for the Team Member is $21.29 an hour.
The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
