Location: Minneapolis, MN Type: Full-Time | On-Site Overview We’re seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Logistics Specialist to manage and maintain our materials warehouse. This is a critical, hands-on role that supports multiple field teams and ensures materials are properly received, stored, labeled, and staged. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows established processes, and takes full ownership of their assigned responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and well-labeled warehouse environment Receive, track, and stage materials for job sites in collaboration with the purchasing team Follow established systems for inventory management and warehouse layout Ensure materials are easy to find, properly labeled, and ready for project needs Coordinate with internal teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly Conduct routine audits of inventory and material readiness Transport and deliver materials to job sites as needed — may include out-of-state travel Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory tracking, or materials receiving Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay on task Willingness to travel to job sites for material delivery (including potential overnight/out-of-state trips) Ability to lift and move materials as needed Knowledge of AV systems or solar materials is a plus, but not required This Role is Not a Fit For Individuals who prefer to wait for instructions rather than take initiative Those uncomfortable working independently or maintaining consistent organization Candidates who do not value accuracy, labeling, and accountability Why Join Us?
