Responsibilities: Develop and achieve project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Review project documents for conformity and quality assurance. Manage reports, presentations, budgets, specifications, plans, and permits. Plan, schedule, and coordinate document preparation for multiple projects. Develop and maintain client relationships and acquire leads. Write technical papers for publication. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Define success criteria and milestones, and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors. Ensure work meets client quality expectations and industry standards. Track project milestones and deliverables. Conduct lessons learned and create recommendation reports. Lead proposal preparation and participate in interviews. Qualifications: Understanding of surveying and basic engineering terminology. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. 15+ years of experience in the field or related area.
