Responsibilities:
Plan audit objectives and strategies
Lead multiple audit engagements and manage priorities
Review and analyze financial records for accuracy and conformance
Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction
Manage firm risk on audits and proposals
Supervise, train, and mentor staff
Evaluate staff performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of audit/assurance experience, preferably with oil & gas clients
CPA certification
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
1+ year supervisory experience

Salary range varies by location, e.g., in Minnesota and Illinois, $80,000 - $140,000; in NYC and California, $85,000 - $150,000. Final salary depends on experience.
