Title: Tennis Pro Shop Attendant (Part Time) Reports to:
Assistant Director of Tennis FLSA Status:
Non-exempt
Job Summary The Pro Shop Attendant is a part time position with potential of becoming full-time that provides customer service and sales assistance in the Tennis Pro Shop.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to Providing customer service to club members and their guests. Completing merchandise sales transactions through the tennis shop POS system Assisting customers with purchases and merchandise questions as needed. Providing other member services as requested such as taking phone messages and making court reservations. Maintaining and organizing the locker room amenities. Develop and maintains shop displays. Promote daily tennis shop sales and superior customer relations. Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary to the position.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in retail, customer service, or sales Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented Ability to multi-task General computer skills with ability to operate the POS (will train) Available to work weekends Tennis knowledge is a plus, but not required
